Cô Giang Townhouse – A living space with a 3.6m frontage
Located in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, the Cô Giang Townhouse project offers an ideal living space that harmoniously blends aesthetics and functionality. Let’s explore how the URHOUSE team transformed a modest 3.6-meter-wide space into an impressive and highly functional home in the following content!
Ground floor space

To meet the client’s specific request for a ground floor layout that accommodates two cars while ensuring a setback that complies with construction regulations, the design team at URHOUSE conducted extensive research and developed optimal solutions. By extending the garage space along the depth of the plot, URHOUSE cleverly arranged the parking area to fit two cars neatly while still maintaining the required setback.
Mezzanine floor with living room & kitchen

The Cô Giang Townhouse is designed in the Japan Modern Rustic style—a perfect fusion of modern elements and Japanese rustic charm. Stepping into the mezzanine floor, you will immediately sense a shift in ambiance. The soft, warm tones of light brown wood, combined with elegant grayish-white and subtle blue accents, create an atmosphere that is both cozy and sophisticated.

URHOUSE aimed to evoke a sense of connection, durability, and timelessness. This was achieved by incorporating natural imagery and symbols representing the relationship between humans and nature into the design. The result is a space that retains its rustic charm while exuding elegance, highlighting the minimalist and refined essence of Japanese culture.

Each design element is not just a random arrangement but tells a story of harmony between people and nature. The blend of natural elements, rustic materials, and simple architectural lines creates a warm and inviting atmosphere—where every meal and every conversation becomes a cherished moment. A place where you can pause, take a deep breath, and embrace the serenity that “home” brings.
