The tropical style draws inspiration from tropical regions characterized by warm, humid climates and lush vegetation. This style is defined by vibrant colors, natural motifs, and organic materials, creating a relaxing and nature-friendly living space.

Design Inspiration

The Tropical House project was conceptualized and designed by URHOUSE architects with the goal of crafting a fresh, open, and eco-friendly living environment.

The URHOUSE team envisioned an open space filled with natural light streaming in through large glass windows, serving as an invisible bridge between the indoors and the surrounding environment. A rustic wooden dining table sits at the heart of the space, its rough, natural surface showcasing striking wood grains. In contrast, a structured yet soft-lined sofa extends along the living room, creating a balanced aesthetic.

The kitchen is designed along both walls, featuring seamless, smart storage compartments. This layout maximizes storage space while keeping the countertops neat and uncluttered, ensuring an airy and spacious feel.

The master bedroom features a sturdy yet understated wooden bed placed at the center, anchoring the space with a sense of stability. Two bedside lamps with warm golden light serve as subtle beacons, casting a serene glow reminiscent of meditation spaces.

The entire room is enveloped in soothing neutral tones, accented with simple decorative elements like framed artwork, bookshelves, and small potted plants, enhancing the cozy and peaceful ambiance.

URHOUSE carefully selected gray wall tiles with subtle patterns, adding elegance without overwhelming the design. Additionally, a transparent glass partition subtly defines the bathroom space while maintaining a sense of openness.

By harnessing natural light and airflow, the living space remains well-ventilated and refreshing, reducing reliance on air conditioning and other cooling devices.
