Korea Modern style evokes simplicity and purity. This charming apartment embodies the minimalist and modern lifestyle that the homeowner pursues. With the guidance of our architects, the 50-square-meter space has been maximized to ensure a functional and comfortable living environment.

Optimized design for a 50 m2 space

Breaking through the constraints of limited space, the design welcomes a modern and refined living area with a neutral color palette in soft, bright tones. This approach creates a warm, streamlined, and deeply relaxing atmosphere. Every detail in the interior is meticulously curated, reflecting the aesthetic taste and personality of the homeowners—a young couple embracing a contemporary and minimalist lifestyle.

Natural light is an essential element of Korea Modern style. The use of large windows not only enhances brightness and ventilation but also promotes energy efficiency. When combined with soft color tones, natural light fosters a welcoming and comfortable living environment.

In a 50m² apartment, intelligent interior design and space optimization are crucial. URHOUSE has meticulously chosen multifunctional furniture with sleek lines, allowing for maximum space utilization.

Soft hues like white and light brown add a fresh and relaxing feel. Subtle lighting from LED fixtures or decorative lamps also plays a key role in creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

URHOUSE has carefully selected white porcelain marble with cloud-like veins from China for the kitchen countertop. This material not only enhances scratch resistance and heat durability but also brings brightness and spaciousness to the kitchen area.
