The architect is the heart and soul of a construction project, overseeing every phase—from surveying and developing structural designs to managing infrastructure systems and the actual construction process. They ensure that each stage, from completion to final inspection, aligns accurately with the blueprints.

Design Process
- Gather site information and meet with the client for discussions.
- Conduct a site survey.
- Provide a design quote and sign the design contract.
- Develop initial floor plans and finalize the main design style.
- Prepare permit documents to confirm the project scale (hotel, resort, school, etc.).
- Create basic renderings and finalize the design approach.
- Develop detailed renderings.
- Present samples of materials and equipment.
- Deliver the final documents and construction quote.
Construction Process
- Receive design information and construction quote.
- Agree on construction terms and sign the construction contract.
- Make an initial payment.
- Handover the completed project.
