The Senturia project at Vuon Lai presents a vibrant and diverse living experience. Each room is meticulously designed, providing a perfect living space tailored to the unique needs and personal styles of each family member, resulting in a harmonious and impressive overall ambiance.

Master Bedroom  

The master bed is designed with minimalism in mind, measuring 1.8 meters in width and upholstered in an elegant light cream fabric. Combined with a 150 mm high bed frame, it not only adds softness but also creates a spacious and comfortable feel. The two bedside tables are thoughtfully designed with a precise distance from the bed surface, allowing homeowners to conveniently reach for their essentials.

Typically, URHOUSE prioritizes placing the WC and walk-in closet adjacent to each other to optimize functionality while ensuring an undisturbed sleeping environment. This project follows the same approach—both the walk-in closet and bathroom are positioned along the hallway, entirely separate from the sleeping area, enhancing privacy for the homeowners.

The walk-in closet features sliding glass panel doors, enhancing aesthetics, luxury, and organization while aligning with the homeowner’s needs. It is distinctly divided into three sections:

• Shoe and Handbag Shelf: The shelf height is customized based on the homeowner’s requirements, with integrated LED lighting on each shelf to serve as both an accent and a functional illumination source for easy item retrieval.
• Clothing Hanging Area: Designed with carefully arranged hooks to keep clothes neat and easily accessible. Below, compartments of varying sizes accommodate different types of accessories.
• Main Wardrobe Section: This area consists entirely of hanging rods, strategically divided into sections for long and short garments to maximize wardrobe space efficiency.

The bathroom area is distinctly divided into wet and dry sections, featuring dual sinks, ensuring convenience for both husband and wife. Additionally, URHOUSE has designed separate areas for the shower and toilet to optimize functionality and maintain a clean, hygienic space. The master bathroom features a 600 mm floor drain with a slight slope, allowing for faster water drainage and preventing water stagnation.

Grandparent’s bedroom  

The grandparents’ bedroom is arranged with two parallel single beds, offering flexibility, comfort, and ease of adjustment based on personal preferences. This layout creates a private, tranquil resting space, facilitating a good night’s sleep.

Due to the limited natural light in the bathroom area, URHOUSE selected marble-patterned tiles in bright hues. The natural shine of the marble not only enhances spaciousness but also effectively reflects light, ensuring a well-lit and airy feel.

Bedroom for the older siblings

This bedroom is designed with a minimalist approach, optimizing space while maintaining organization and convenience. Features such as a built-in TV cabinet help save space, and the smart wardrobe system is clearly divided into two distinct sections, ensuring functionality and practicality.

Children’s bedroom 

URHOUSE has conceptualized the children’s bedroom to create a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment that encourages growth and development.

A bed with integrated storage drawers is incorporated to maximize storage space—a smart solution to keep the room tidy and organized.
